Ask testers about tasks, not general impressions. Capture device, OS, app version, prompt or model version, and trace identity with consent.
Review crashes beside semantic failures: wrong answers, unclear states, slow scans, and repeated retries. Label valuable reports and add them to evaluation or UI test suites. A beta is useful when every important surprise strengthens the next build.
